County Councillor Will Forster

Rosie and Will work for the good of all residents in Woking

Will Forster is the County Councillor for South Woking covering Mount Hermon West, Barnsbury and the villages of Kingfield, Mayford, Sutton Green and Westfield. At County Hall, Will is the Lib Dem spokesperson on the Environment and Economy where he campaigns to protect our green belt from development, help people hit by the recession and fight the threat of climate change.

Will lives locally in Westfield and apart from his three years at university, he has lived in Surrey his whole life. Will is a law graduate and has previously served as a caseworker for a London Lib Dem Member of Parliament.

Will Forster was concerned that there were not enough activities for local young people, so he has helped open a YMCA Youth Shop here in Barnsbury.

Despite only being elected last June, Will has successfully fought for grants to support the Marjorie Richardson Centre, the Mayford Village Society, Westfield Primary School, Wishel Lawn Tennis Club and Woking Hospice.
